I placed a circular piece of cork on the bottom for super non slip protection

I put an amber tinted varnish to bring out the woods natural beauty

I found this chair at a thrift store in Syracuse NY for 25 bucks

 sanded it 

 these were the cushions, they are cool but were pretty faded and dingy

painted the frame dark brown

and the lovely and talented Liz Goff helped me reupholster the cushions
